A week ago (yes, I'm far behind!) our school week had the theme of food and the food pyramid. We also used B as the letter of the week.
We cut out strips of white 'spaghetti' yarn and Abi had to put them in order..
she laced Cheerios...
did picture sequencing...
colored her own food pyramid...
colored, cut out, and glued together a salad ..
her cooking lesson was rolling. As part of that we made pigs in blankets...
On another day she made a cheerful banana snack..
she did some b practice...
butterfly number sequencing..
vegetable matching game...
It was a fun week and it's fun to hear her ask me if certain foods are on the pyramid now.
