Here are the finished Rock Candy sticks!
I took the rock candy out a bit before I probably should have. I think they would have been a little bigger if I had left them in a full week. The girls loved them though. They turned out pink just like Abi wanted and they said they tasted good. Success! This was a really fun project.

It worked! I am still planning to try it but I am glad to see that it actually works! I remember my brother doing this in scouts but I have never thought to find out how to do it myself and now I am excited to try it.
