Keeping Busy

Monday night the girls wanted to have a little "sleepover" together and started out the night down in the play room watching a movie in their sleeping bags. They ended up both sleeping in my room.

Wednesday we went to see Open Season at the Cinemark in Provo for their $1 kids club. While we waited for them to open the girls had fun dancing around grandpa and grandma's car singing and making funny faces.

Later, Grandma got out their flowers they had picked on Monday to plant in the children's garden.

She dug the hole for them and then had them put a little water in it.

Then she told them how to plant them in the hole.

abi thought it was fun to dump dirt on top of it..

Then they watered again...

They made the little signs to go next to the plant with the type of flower and their names..

Then we just goofed off taking pictures around the back yard.

The next day we started out with Mickey Mouse pancakes (pictures are out of order again) and then took a ride up to the Hogle zoo. I think one of Abi's favorite parts was the carousel. She wanted to ride the giraffe but Courtney really wanted to ride the dolphin so Abi decided to ride the Eagle instead so they could be next to each other. They are so cute together.

Here are the pancakes...

Abi was a little afraid of the big Elephant that made noises but Courtney jumped right on the trunk.

It was so hot that we took a break for awhile in the afternoon to have soda's for the big people and snow cones for the kids. This was abi's first snow cone. She loved it. The best part was that when she was done with it instead of wasting them we dumped them into our diet coke's and it made really icy cherry coke!

Taking a turn at the mister....

We all loved this little baby giraffe. It was sooo cute!

Abi usually won't pose on these kinds of things but Courtney makes her braver I think.

Then for the train ride...

I loved this little Snow Leopard baby...

Court being stolen by the gorilla...

Back to the train... abi loved it!

It's so hard to see in this picture but Abi was trying to show her new butterfly backpack..

Look's like you are still having a blast. When does the road trip start?

Also, I just noticed that you are under 100 days now until Madeleine gets here. WOO HOO!!!!

The Royals

We went to the Zoo on Friday, I think. It's nice because we have passes so we don't have to spend the whole day there. I love the Zoo!
